I have been giving Kramer his kitten chow and then closing the door while he
eats so the other furbabies would not get it. He also gets the fancy feast in
the morning with the rest of the gang. I decided that being a kitten he should
have access to his food when he wants it, so I took a cardboard box and cut a
hole in it large enough for him to get into but small enough to keep the others
out. I taped the top shut with duct tape and sat it in the bathroom. Boy talk
about a comedy! Watching the others try to get to whatever it is that smells so
good but can't get to. Tippy was on top of the box trying his mightest to dig
through it. Smokey was laying on his side reaching into the box, first with one
paw then the other. Teddy was scratching the sides of the box looking for the
secret trap door. Sweetpea was sitting on the toilet watching it all. Kramer
was runnig around them all trying to figure out what all the commotion was
about. It was hilarious.

I believe that, to this day if we are by the kitty suite door*small
bathroom* Trudi is right there wanting in to inspect to see if any magic
food has returned, Lee

That is so funny, imagining the others trying to get into the yummy kitten
food and being foiled! Nice post.

Now that kind of action is worth making a video! I would loved to have
seen it.

My crew has realized that when I go into the bathroom and call for Abelard
and Lily (the two who need more weight) that a can will be opened, so
everyone tries to come into the bathroom and it's quite a chore to get
*only* those two closed in. Lily's portion gets put into the shower stall
and Abelard's goes on the counter. I leave them to eat alone then go feed
the rest. And too often I forget to let the two out of the bathroom as soon
as they're done eating!

What a scene! Too bad you didn't get pictures, or better yet, a
video! (Although I don't need it - I can just picture this.)
