TV is my largest cat, he is the son of Miss Violette.  Littermate of OEJ who
lives with us and 2 kittens who went to the bridge far too early.

These guys were born on  9 8 98 and were Violette's second litter.  When he
came out DH said he's all sorts of gray colors, like the shades in a black
and white television set.  So that was his name.  If we had been able to
fast forward in time we couldn't have named him better.  If we could choose
another name, couch potato and pudding might work.  He weighs just at 18
pounds now, down a bit since the arrival of Chester as his all time high was
just over 19 pounds.  He does not over eat, he has the traditional slow
metabolism.  His main goal in life is to get as close to us and get petted.
He occasionally plays fetch and chases a string, He is also a champion
pyramid digger.  He drinks his water from his paw.  He actually puts his paw
in the fountain and turns it up and gets the water from between his pads.
His fur is now black and white.  He has a batman hood, a white shawl and the
rest is black.  The vet called it "smoked" which is what Violette was all
over.  When it is laying down it looks black but if you ruffle it it is
white at the base.

Sounds like a cool cat but what's a pyramid digger?
Stormmee - 12 Dec 2006 17:38 GMT
When he goes in the box, first he digs a hole to china, then goes*misses the
box sometimes*.  Then when he is done it MUST be buried NOT just covered.
digs and digs until it has a pyramid over the offering... and if there isn't
enough litter he goes into the kitchen opens a drawer and gets a kitchen
towel and covers it.  Lee

and much smarter than he lets on.  After his sister OEJ had a tooth cleaning
and extraction She got wet food for the time she was in the penthouse... DH
was touched to see TV laying next to the wires of the cage thinking he was
missing his sister or comforting her.... but NNNNOOOOO!!! he was poking that
paw through the bars and snagging her wet food.  I am glad I had him
neutered as he is very close to having an opposable thumb, Lee

Lol My boy (Mango) does that...I have to wash the blankies all the time
because they end up in the litterbox!!
And *everyone* here digs to China...I had to get supersized litterboxes to
save *some* of the mess....pity someone can't cover their *messages*
