This is Sunrise, the pretty one. Uncle Bill is typing this for me, so
please forgive the spelling and grandma.

Mommy Micki brought home a parrot!!

First, she put a big house in our living room. It is bigger than Bear
or Uncle Bill. We were hoping Bear would have to live in it so we could
laugh at him.

But then she brought home Buddy. He is a parrot. Uncle Bill says he is
a baby Severe Macaw. He sure looks SEVERE.He is green with big eyes and
he is real big and we are afraid of him. So we was hoping Bear would
eat him. But Bear likes him and they touch noses when Buddy is out of
his house and even when he is in it. Buddy drops his food on the floor
and Bear eats it. Then Buddy drops some more and watches Bear eat it.
So Bear likes him and he is in our living room. I got on the couch when
Buddy was on Mommy Miki's shoulder. I figured that I would kill him a
little bit. Bear YELLED at me and I had to go cry.

Winnie is trying to teach Buddy to saw "waaaaaaah," which is what he
says when Uncle Bill has not gived us breakfast but Buddy only says
YAAAWK so far. Missy probably likes Buddy better than she likes
hoomins. At least she hasn't piddled on his feet. Maggy May is afraid
of him and stays out of the living room.

We think you should come and take this parrot away. You could be nice
to him or you could cook him in a oven. We don't care. We want to keep
Bear because he is funny.

JPEGS!!!!!!! Please :)  I love birds.  And my cat Persia knows the
difference between indoor and outdoor birds.  She's such a good cat :)  If I
didn't know better I'd have thought she was a veterinary office cat used to
seeing avians "guests" before she came to me.

No offense meant, Sunrise, but I'd like to see a picture of the
parrot. ;)

This is sunrise again. Uncle Bill is doing the spelling and the
grandma.

We are gonna be taking all kinds of pictures of everybody real soon.
Then you will have pictures of Buddy to look at when you can spare the
time from looking at me, the pretty on. Buddy has learned to ask for
breakfast for all of us cats. Usually, Winnie is our spokescat and asks
Uncle Bill for breakfast when he comes in from walking Bear. Today
Buddey helped him. They say "WAAaaah." I can say it too but it is
easier to let Winnie do the work.

Uncle Bill told Maggie May that she is the fluffiest and has the best
purr. I am going now to work on my fluffy and my purr. But I am

Sunrise, the pretty one.

But now you have a parrot, and your life will be changed from now on. Trust
me on this.  I've seen what happens when you get a parrot <evil grin.>
