We found a mortgage, and my parents offered to lend us the
downpayment, but it was a bit late - we didn't get the house... John
wants us to keep looking but I've had enough of the house-hunting game
for now. I don't want to even THINK about it for at least three
months, or better yet, until we have five thousand dollars saved up
for our own deposit. (which basically means, get back to me in five
years...) Such is life.
