All of the cats I have ever had have farted occasionally. When I was
a teenager, we had a cat with a bad gas problem. He would let fly
every few minutes. The situation was made worse by the fact that he
refused to eat anything other than tuna-flavored moist cat food. So,
every few minutes, he would let out a rotten-fish-scented cloud that
was almost dense enough to see. The stench was bad enough that the
cat would get up and leave the room, presumably in search of fresh
air. Sometimes he would glare at the nearest human, as if he were
trying to shift the blame for the smell.

Tell the truth John it was you and you blamed the cat ;-)

LOL, that reminds me of Britta's post about Vino's one and only fart,
where he immediately turned around and glared at his own butt. Well, at
least he put the blame in the right place. :)
My cats are pretty decent in that department - it doesn't happen very
often around here. On the other hand, a good friend of mine has a dog
who's on some kind of special dog food, and hoo man, when he lets one
rip, it's advisable not to breathe. And I see this dog frequently because
I'm often going with him and his mom for walks. (The ride to the park
is the worst!)

Mine don't seem to, not since they were kittens. Both of them had
tummy troubles as little boys, so I got to think that kittens came
equipped with wobbly, gassy tummies and stinky poops.
