Both cats here seem to be primarily attached to me-- not to say
obsessed. ;)  I am their Mommy, and they act that way.  But they love
my Mom, and I'm always happy to see them give her lerve. ;)  Stinky
likes to walk up to her while she is reading, and read her the riot
act.  This cracks both of us up.  And Dante loves to make cutie-pie
faces and poses at her.  They always give her a big hello when they
hear her on the porch.

Today, when Stinky heard her on the steps, he jumped to the top of the
book shelf that sits just beyond the entrance, and when she came in,
he just leaped into her arms!  Since her arms were loaded down with
work and shopping, the poor baby sort of bounced/slid down her front
to the floor, and went rocketing away while Mom let out a scream.
Aww, Stinky, it's the thought that counts. ;)

Oh my! Love hurts :D

Mom's cats don't like it when she is in the computer room for some reason.
When she sits in there, they come in and yell at her. We haven't quite
figured out why it is wrong for her to be in that room, but apparently, it
is.

Moms aren't supposed to know about computers.  Moms are supposed to give
kitties treats and constant attention :)

Poor Stinky! I hope this doesn't discourage him from finding other ways
to show your mom affection. Perhaps ways that have less potential for
disaster and/or embarrassment. :)

I've had cats in the past that would shy away from me for a while after
an unfortunate encounter like that. (My current bunch is pretty forgiving,
though.)

Not Stinky.  He's the forgiving type. ;)

Aww, poor Stinky, luvins gone wrong. Caliban often launches himself at
me, but mostly when I'm sitting down.
