I used to have a handle on life...but it broke off.

Thanks for asking, Jill, it's not until next Wednesday (the 27th).

More purrs headed your way.  I know what it's like to be nervous about
anesthesia.  My elderly dog Sampson (RB 1999) was 15 when he had dental
surgery and it was complicated due to his having congestive heart failure as
well as being treated for arthritis and something called "doggie dimentia".
But he pulled through with flying colours and I know Frank will, too.

You may wish to ask the vet about a liquid pain killer.  Poor Frank's mouth
is going to be hurting and trying to pill him won't be very successful.  I
found it much easier to use a liquid painkiller with an eyedropper with my
dog.  I suspect you'll find it the same with Frank for a couple of days.
