It's about time! But it's doubtful this person actually *has* $70,000 or
that they will enforce his having to pay it. Can't get blood out of a
stone, right? Unless (and if they are smart they will do this) they force
the sale of his house with the proceeds to go towards paying the fines.
This is just ridiculous. Why do some people "collect" animals in this
manner? I don't understand it. Some claim they are just "trying to help".
Help what?! Help themselves to yet another animal they can't (or won't)
adequately care for?
