Normally my cats don't really go for nip.  On occasion when i have
bought nip toys, it's pure luck if one of them starts rubbing it and
rolling around and drooling all over it.

Mischief and Mayhem seem to like the catnip mice, but ONLY if they are
FRESH from the store.  Once i gave one to mischief and then bunched up
the plastic bag containing the other one and put it on the back of my
desk.

A few weeks or so later, i found the bag had been RIPPED open and the
nip mouse was gone.

Imp will occasionally go for nip too, but not really.

Well I got a nip toy that apparently you can REFILL and it's quite
potent.  I tossed it out and it landed at the bottom of hte cat tree.

Imp was wandering about and found it..... uh oh...
