Remembering the problems some people have had finding a pet friendly rental,
I'd like to say that there is hope. Imagine finding one that not only
allows pets, but also provides free pet sitting for tenants.
This apartment our daughter found for us to rent for the winter is amazing.
Not only is it close to where she lives, it is within walking distance of
two major chain grocery stores, a veterinarian, several fast food places, a
weekly farmer's market, a post office, and a dentist.
Best of all, it advertises as pet friendly. So, for a hefty deposit, we
moved in with Rosie and Cinder, claws and all, with no restrictions. In
fact, the issue did not even come up.
Two of the gals in the office provide pet sitting at no cost as a service to
the tenants, so we will not have to board the cats when we take a short
trip.
Jim & I and our daughter and new grandbaby will go to see my dad next week.
We'll be gone a few days. We'll see how the pet sitting works out. If we
are not satisfied, we can look for other options for the future.

It sounds like it is designed to meet each and every need you have. All the
things you didn't have access to on the boat. Enjoy and dream about spring
sailing.

We are getting so spoiled. But, we are working hard helping our daughter
and SIL with projects around the house and enjoying that sweet little boy.
We are doing our best to keep in shape for when we get back on the boat.
But, it will be hard to go.
