Last night I was watching TV. I watched Persia get up and saunter into my
bedroom where her Drinkwell fountain is. Watched her come back out and head
towards her food bowl in the kitchen, even though at that time of night
there's no food in it :) A while later I wondered where she was. If she's
not snuggled next to me on the couch, she's usually laying on the floor in
front of the couch or by Peaches' cage. She wasn't there so I figured she'd
gone into the closet in my office to curl up on the comforter. Curious, I
got up to look.
She wasn't in the closet. She wasn't in my bedroom under (or on) my bed.
She wasn't in the kitchen or either of the bathrooms. Now I *know* she
couldn't have gotten out. After the experience of her tumbling through the
screen on my sliding door I put up a baby gate between the screen door and
the glass door; she can't get out that way. I checked the window-screens.
All secure. Okay, this doesn't make any sense. I was starting to think
she'd somehow teleported out of the apartment! Maybe to visit her Preshus
Weeble? :D
I repeated my search. As I was coming out of my bedroom I called, "Persia!
Where are you?" Lo! and behold! She was in that little pyramid bed (you
know, the one she ignored for a year or so and still never uses?). It's in
what should be my dining area adjoining the living room, except I don't have
a table there. She came out and mrrph'd at me like, "Did you want me for
something?" LOL
Now I know when I can't find her, look in the pyramid bed first! :-o)

Actually, I think Weebs teleported over to her, and was hiding in the back
of the pyramid LOL

More like "Haven't you put food in my dish yet?", or "How dare you interrupt
my purr-session with My Sweet Weebs!!!!"

And then she'll be in the closet. ;)
