These kittens are pretty cute... the first was rescued as a feral
because it got too sick to run away. The Vet wanted to kill it, but it
was saved anyway. The second was abandoned by its mom. Maybe cats are
learning from people...the bad things that people do, anyway.

The feral cats that were born were my sig. other works were never
abandoned. In fact, the mother had another litter before they could
catch and spay her. They didn't realize she had another batch until she
was caught and they saw she had recently nursed. They spayed her, kept
her a day anyway, and re-released her. She hot-tailed it right to her
kittens. She was worried about them.

What happened to this mother? She just left them? If she is just
missing, it makes me wonder if she's hurt or in trouble.

That kitten is just adorable. I love that name too -- Hamster.
