I think this is such a beautiful tribute. What a love. This is a
testiment to how much a part of a family our pets are. It's long and
it's about a d*g but it is so loving and beautiful I think it is should
be seen.

Oh, darnit, I can't see now. Yes, a beautiful tribute. Nikki was a
much loved family member during her life. I'm sure her people had a
hard time letting her go. In the pictures just before her 12th
birthday one of her front legs was shaved, probably for bloodwork
or some other tests. From then to the end, seeing the pics of her
sleeping a lot, and the fuss over her 12th, they probably knew her
time was coming to a close soon.
Worth getting teary-eyed over. I passed it on to some friends.
