It took Chessie a week but she finally got her thoughts through my thick
skull!!  For a week now, whenever I was sitting or in bed, she has insisted
on being literally nose to nose with me - somewhat annoying.  Tonight I
suddenly thought to check the food dish on top of a 6-foot bookshelf and it
was empty - she loves to scramble up there and nibble.  Never mind there are
two other containers on the floor filled with the same food - it must taste
better from on high :)

So the dish is full, she has been up there 3 times within the past hour and
already she seems calmer, not so worried.  Cats!!
