I brought back a Weazel Ball for the cats to compensate them for being in
prison for almost three weeks, lol. Were they grateful - not a bit of it.
They ignored it completely. Then the little fiends chased each other
through the house and banged over the computer screen! It craashed on its
face. It's not broken, thank goodness, but it all gave me a turn! What a
welcome home.

If you can step on nine daisies all at once it's springtime.

You know, if it didn't work on the cats, take it to work in a brown
paper bag and stick it in the over-loaded, under-maintinenced
refrigerator! I did that and freaked quite a few out all in one go!
:) The reaction is well worth it.
Cheers,

Thanks for the welcome home everyone. We had a wonderful time on our trip.
It was hard to come home to cold weather and rain after lying around in the
sun of Hawaii. We are supposed to be in spring here but you'd never know
it. Oh,oh, the Burmese just thundered past, chasing each other. Guess
they'll calm down eventually!!!!

I've found the appeal of the Weazel Ball somewhat limited,
too. They'll chase it a bit until it hangs itself up in a
corner, then lose interest! (Also, the one I got seems to
be defective - it's difficult to get working, and impossible
to turn off unless I remover the battery
