Still no sight of Buster.

We occasionally get one of the local kids responding to our posters,
but it always turns out not to be him.

I am thankful that nobody has come to our door saying, "We saw him
lying on the side of the road." I'm hoping that he just got himself
readopted when the super high temps hit us.

Maybe he'll be back when it cools down (I can always hope...)

Hugs and Purrs,
Mark

I was thinking about Buster yesterday and wanted to post to ask if he'd come
home.  I guessed he hadn't, otherwise you would have told us, so I didn't.
I cannot think of a reason why Buster would suddenly take off and not come
back, unless he suddenly remembered his previous home and decided to go back
there.  Let's hope that's what happened.

Oh.  So you think not.  I'm trying to look on the bright side here.

So am I.  I would just go crazy if either of my two went missing. I can
imagine how I would feel in Mark's position.

I'm sorry! :(

Having gone through this not long ago with Smudge, I do know the
feeling. The not-knowing drove me crazy. And for me it was only a
week until I found her. I hope you haven't been anguished about
it all this time!

Purrs for a happy ending,
Joyce

I'm sorry Mark.  I was hoping that you'd just forgot to post that he was
back.  I'm asking the owners to purr for his safe return, and am sending get
himself home thoughts and wishes.

Is he chipped?  I firmly believe in microchipping.  Only takes a minute and
the cat doesn't really notice it (other than the trip to the dreaded vet).

I hope Buster comes back soon, Mark.

I must have missed an earlier post.   {{{{{Mark}}}} I'm so sorry.  I
hope Buster returns soon, or is at least okay somewhere.  Purrs on the
way.

Hang in there. I hope he's ok and he very well might be. Cats sometimes
return home with no muss and no fuss after being gone for quite awhile.

I have told this before.  When I was a teenager, our Ginger (yellow tom)
was gone for three weeks.   We found out a long time later that he had
been living in the basement of a house about half a block away.  He had
got in through an open basement window.  The teenage son who had the
basement bedroom thought his mother had a new cat so he let the cat sleep
on his bed and he fed him every morning.

Purrs for Buster to decide to come home.   MLB

Mark, I'm so sorry to read this update; I sort of had figured this was the
case as I've watched for your messages.  We have been sending purrs for him
and will continue to do so.  And many purrs for you and Senyah's hearts,
Christine
