You all probably remember how Otis attacked my sister's Australian Shepherd
a few weeks ago.  Well, today she came by with Arwen to pick up a book.  She
tied Arwen to the front railing and came inside for a minute.  When she went
to leave, Chester appeared at the door and Arwen went crazy - so crazy that
she practically hung herself on her lead trying to get away.  She dragged my
sister down the driveway in her panic to escape.  Arwen is now completely
and totally terrified of my cats.  Go Otis.

Guess I'm grateful Kayla is only terrified of balloons.  It is embarrassing
though.  We walked past a stroller in the park last night that had a happy
face balloon tied to it.  I had to drag her past, cowering in abject fear.
