Rusty is sleeping a lot these days. After exercising with seniors, I
decided my senior cat needs
some exercises too. I dug out the old feather toy he got for Christmas
from my old college room-mate. He got interested but took a while to
get him going. Finally I managed to get him batted at it,
jumped at it, and snapped his jaws on it. Guess Rusty is not too old to
play. But he sure didn't jump around like he did in his younger years.

Ginger (RB) played up to she was 13 years old. She died at age 14.

I could still entice Frank to play a little when he was 17 years old.
Nikki played up until the end, too, and she was nearly 17 when she passed.

Rusty is 12. Hopefully he has a few more years left.

That's really good for him. I love it when I get to see Yoda playing.
He doesn't play as long as he used to, and doesn't jump like he used to
either. (but neither do we :-)
