We r tyrd of the stuff meowmie feeds us so we telepathed the new
fancy feest teevee commershil into her dreams. We thot they luked
gud. They have spinch and greens and turkee and fishees.
2nite for dinner we got a mushy fishee with stuff like grass, and
some turkee with green stuff. Meowmie says its 'spensive. But we're
worth it, rite?

/hoomin note: Fancy Feast is always adding new flavors, which is
good for these picky ones. The new varieties all have wheat gluton,
so if there is any concern about food allergies or intolerance, I
wouldn't buy them. The Salmon with spinach looked nasty when I
opened the can, and I thought, ok, another can goes to waste, but
they LOVED it. The shredded turkey with spinach was a more chopped
consistency than FF regular grilled varieties, but small chunks that
suit Scarlett. But, HELL, they were 80c a can! Definite treat food,
not for every day.

Uh oh... what kind of surprise? When I think of cats eating "greens"
I think of grass and barfing it up. Is that the surprise? Maybe we
don't want the greens then!!

I have to buy some cat food before my trip... Persia isn't supposed to eat
stuff except the Hill's prescription diet. I don't know know what I'll do.
In the meantime, I think for a couple of weeks I'll let her have some of the
"other thuff".
BTW, no vet ever told her she should have strictly gooshy food. She's on
Hill's x/d crunchy stuff and has been for the last 3 years.

I usually order a case of Rusty's prescription food for his use while
he stayed at the vet's.
Any leftover cans will come home with him. BTW, Rusty's new favourite
bed is the cardboard tray then cans came in. His body just fits right
in the tray. Who need fancy cat
beds? Rusty doesn't demand luxury.

I bought some a while back. When it first came out, they had it
packaged 2 cans for 70 cents, as a trial offer. None of my cats would
touch it. It made Bootsie run (she sniffs new food, and if it doesn't
suit her, she takes off running). I ended up giving away what I had
left.
It did look like of weird. That green stuff in it I mean. It smelled
pretty good though.
