I got a lot of giggles over the ones posted over the last week. I
have to share one. Today I came home and when I walked in, I saw
something shredded at the top of the stairs. It was a roll of toilet
paper. Hmmm, that's new, I thought. Brought in the rest of the
groceries and then cleaned up the mess saying "ok, this is not good"
"who did this? not good". I'm sure all they heard was "good". LOL
They understand the word "good" as in "good boy" or "good girl". I
didn't want to say "bad" because they wouldn't get *what* was bad.
It's only a roll of toilet paper. Heh. So after putting away
groceries, feeding them, and going out for a cigerette, I came in to
use the bathroom, remembered to get a roll of TP, and saw that the TP
in the upstairs bathroom was still intact. AhHA. There is only one
cat that brings TP from the downstairs bathroom upstairs. ONly she's
never shredded it before. If she finds a loose roll of TP in the
downstairs bathroom, she carries it upstairs and deposits it on the
floor of the upstairs bathroom. It must belong there, I suppose she
thinks. I rarely use the downstairs bathroom. Cats are damned
smart.

Hey, you have an interior decorator, too! Miranda has very fixed ideas
about where everything should go. If I put something in the wrong place,
she will move it (like the bathroom rug is *not* supposed to go on the
bathroom floor). She also shreds TP, maybe that's the trend in kitty
design right now.

I *loved* the stories about Mirmir (still love that nickname!) and
her decorator skills. Speaking of rugs, I can't tell you how many
times I've come home and tried to get in the front door and the mat
in the foyer was bunched up against the door to the point that I had
to shove the door over it to get in. LOL

LOL! That happens here, too, but I think it's Caliban that does that. He
likes to hang out on the doormat.
