Dear all

The purrs have worked their magic for little Molly!

Apparently when she arrived at Jim's she bolted under the bed and
refused to come out so when Jim went out the next morning, he made sure
she had food, water and clean litter and left her locked in the
bedroom.

When he got come Benj shot past him and into the bedroom to introduce
himself to Molly. Moments later there was a good deal of hissing...all
of it from Molly. Benj apparently just looked as bemused as you'd
expect, 15lb of adult cat being hissed at by a small ball of black
fluff. After a minute of two, Benj gave her a gentle bap with his claws
in at which her bravado faded and she rolled over to expose her tummy,
Benj then proceeded to wash her....Jim decided to leave them to it and
went into the kitchen. He was a bit worried when he saw Molly come
galloping down the hallway with Benj in hot pursuit, he reached for a
cushion to part them...then Benj came flying back down the corridor
with Molly in hot pursuit!

Now they eat together, wash each other and play together, Jim says
they're like "A father and daughter". And Jim's in love with Molly too,
he was passing round photos of her like any proud slave. The three of
them even share a bed , Benj on one side of Jim and Molly on the other.

And Jim says it's made a huge difference to Benj, he's like a different
cat now he's got someone to play with. On his own, he was not much one
for playing and would just mope about but now he's behaving like a
kitten. Jim says the only thing he misses is that Benj would be there
to greet him when he came home from work, now it's 50-50 whether he'll
be waiting or off playing with Molly. Still as he says sooner or later
Benj will sit on his lap and Molly will sit on Benj or snuggle next to
him on the chair

I think it's going to be fine
