Sabrina's mostly been lying around in Louie's clothing, or guarding her
wool pieces. There's been some mild, PG-13 language, but so far so good.
Her siblings are quite polite about it; no one even cussed back when
Sabrina hissed.

We got these folding hamper-thingies from a very cool Chinese dollar
store around the corner. These neat little things, you unfold them out
of a little pouch and they spring into a foot-wide, almost yard-high
boxy thing with mesh sides. We put two next to each other, with one of
Louie's textbooks to weight them down and the sliding screen on top; so
they can see and smell each other, but no one's attempting to climb or
even jump over. Yet.

Sabrina went to the door a couple times and sniffed it out, but no one
was there. I'm hoping she'll get used to the fact that there are other
cats about, and be more at ease before we introduce them all in the
flesh. Louie's worried that she might be the sort who has to be alone OR
ELSE. I remind him that Richard has an overbearing, oversized dog who is
very badly in need of Ritalin, and Sabrina got along just fine with her.
I figure that cusswords and such are a normal part of integration. I
hope. I didn't have problems before, especially when Brandy came home.
She was so outgoing therre was no problem with foul language. When we
got Roxie, she bapped Stosh in the nose; and when we got Odessa, The
Dolly just hid and scared the pants off us.

Blessed be,
Baha

A friend of mine has one of these, and her cats LOVE to play in them.

Be intersting to meet her, tomorrow. I'll remember not to try to take
her wool pieces away.

You can't shout down a troll.
 You have to starve them.

If it's only PG-13, and you're already characterizing the rest of the
brood as her sibs, then things must be going well.  What a cutie,
getting all attached to her cloth belongings.

Thank you for posting an actual cat story.  I haven't been reading (ok, also
guilty of not posting any either) enough of these lately.  Hope that the
integration goes as smoothly or more smoothly than it has so far.  Sabrina
sounds like quite a sweetie, and, of course, all  your other owners are
wonderful.
