Saturday, I opened the door to put some food out for the Wiggles
family - grandma kitten, mama kitten and baby kitten.
They were lined up by age, with their front paws in the threshold,
waiting for me to put the food out. They were mewing ever so
plaintively, too (grin). I WISH I had had my camera handy!
Dulce Mae, as she usually does, jumped up on the coffe table, and was
hunkered down so she could look out at the visitors.
Well, Mrs. Wiggleworm decided she didn't like that at all, and came
flying into the living room, directly at Dulce Mae. I caught Mrs.
Wiggleworm in mid-air (amazingly, no wounds were inflicted to me or
Dulce Mae - yikes!), and sat her back outside.
Dulce Mae had also run directly backwards into Senyah's orange juice,
and knocked it off the table, all over Senyah's feet (oops - grin). I
spent some time comforting Dulce Mae (and Senyah), before feeding the
brat family (grin).
Oh, that reminds me - the little orange girl has been adopted! One of
our neighbors took a fancy to her, and she has a family (two adults
and a three-year old girl - all human - she is an only cat) and a home
now.
Hugs and Purrs,
Mark

You have a very big heart, Mark, to pay for the spaying and neutering and
continuing to feed them. Bless you.
