I was just looking at the RPCA Guest Map and noticed Britta's marker is
still in Thailand. Does anyone else look at it these days?

Yep, I look at it sometimes. It's awesome how detailled the satellite
pics are (where they're available, of course...).

Awesome, but kind of creepy.
We had a neighbor back thirty years ago who suffered from paranoid
schizophrenia. He would have episodes sometimes he thought "they" were
taking pictures of his house from the sky. And we chuckled about it,
although we felt sorry for him. He would have the last laugh now.

Whoops! Time to put a different one up for me, too.

I don't think you can delete the one in Thailand, only Jill can do that.
But you can add the new one in Oz.

Thanks!  New one added.  Jill, can you delete my Thailand one?  Wouldn't
want the stalkers tracking me down in the wrong place ;-)

I'll be happy to delete the one in Thailand if I can remember how to sign in
as the administrator LOL

RPCA guest map?
I didn't know there was such a thing.
So I put in a link so you can see Max's 12,000 acres of woods.
Cheers

Annoyingly since a few moments after I posted this morning, until a few
minutes ago, I was unable to connect to the internet. I hadn't realised how
adicted I was. ;-)

Jill, I didn't realize you could zoom in.  I made two faces in
Colorado -- could you delete the southwest one?  The one south of
denver?

The one north of denver is more correct =)

Jill, do you know if anyone can set up a guest map on that site?  I thought
I'd try to set up a map for another group I'm in, but I'm not sure what all
the fields are on the registration page.  I can make out a lot of the
Portugese, but not enough.  What are these, please:

Login - a user name, I assume?
Senha - ?
Endereco de E_mail - email address?
homepage - optional, I hope

Thanks,
Sandy

I would assume this means password.

Didn't know it exists. Just added me: Micha in East Germany.

Suggestion: Make a regular post (monthly, quarterly?) about the Guest
Map (similar to FAQ's) on RPCA, so that every newcomer and
did-not-knower becomes aware of it.

Hey! There's an un-named marker near Bastrop, Texas. That's not far from
Austin. Who lives there?

Un-named?
That'd be me I think.
My late cat, Max was a kitten born wild in those woods.

Cheers

You never know.
