TJ, were you naughtily trying to hide these adorable babies from us??
:)
They must be what, two years old now! I demand that you post and give
a biennial update!

I imagine that many have posted mew (mew - i had to leave the typo
because it made me giggle) pictures and we haven't seen links. I
know I need to post new pics of all of mine, especially Bonnie and
Scarlett. I had so many new ones of Rhett and Shamrock. I might
not have posted them to their album. I'd love to hear an update
about the Zs.

You definitely need to post the new pictures of yours too. :)

I need to haul out the camera and post new pics of Dante so you can
all see how round he's become.

So now you can only tell your cats apart by their markings? :) Dante
is growing up! Kittens are wonderful, but I so like to see them all
grown up.

Their bodies are quite different, along with their fur. Stinky has
white legs, while Dante has much more black-- in fact his coloring is
much like Betty's. And Dante has just grown up to be such a compact
kind of kitty. I call him Cannonball. ;) And Roly Poly Ravioli. And
The Round Mound of Rebound. ;)

If he's roly-poly, then that definitely means you need to post updated
pictures too! My mental picture is getting too obsolete, and I need
my fix!

I looked at your older ones again and Dante is adorable and Stinky is
gorgeous. Are they getting any closer?

The short answer is "no"-- the dynamic is pretty much what it always
was. Dante, now bigger and heavier of course, still annoys the
bejesus out of Stinky. But it's the weirdest thing. They stay in
proximity to each other a lot, and they bicker a lot, and bop each
other a lot, and that just seems to be their relationship, no big
deal. It is sort of like having the Three Stooges in the house,
except there are two of them, and they're cats. ;)

Hey, these are not on the Cute Overload site, which is the only place so
much cuteness should be legal. :)
Especially upside-downy-head Zoe with her paws curled up. Eek, thud, etc.
I wonder if TJ still reads this ng? If you're there TJ, I'd love to hear
an update!
I noticed there was a photo of a mountain lion crouching on a building
across from where TJ was taking photos. So, along with rattlesnakes,
tarantulas*, scorpions, killer bees, wolves, and javalina, we can now
add mountain lions to the ever-growing list of attractions for the
suicidal and/or masochistic in the outer Tucson area.
Actually, I'd love to see a mountain lion. From a safe distance, but
what an awesome sight it would be.

*I know tarantulas aren't actually dangerous. But I love to list them
anyway because they're such creepy-crawlies.

They are very cute. Ziggy has grown up into a beautiful boycat. I
found that I was a bit bugged by tarantulas too. I actually seem to
be allergic to their foot pads. I had a pet tarantula a long time
ago, but I couldn't handle it, because I would get little footprint
rashes the next day.

Sheesh Tak, I thought you were saying that tarantulas were very cute.
Did you do that on purpose? :)
Tarantulas have extremely irritating hairs which they shoot at
(or perhaps just "shed" on) predators or other threatening animals
to protect themselves. So your reaction is actually normal and might
not be an allergy at all.
Ziggy is very handsome, but that Zoe picture wins the coy-cuteness
award. I mean, upside-downy head *plus* curly toes!

I'm glad you still have the link to TJ's pictures. Kelsey has grown up
so much from when she used to stick Dusty (RB) into doll and baby clothes.
Pam S. who really misses TJ's posts

TJ has also probably grown up some from when she used to dress up
Dusty in doll clothes. :)
