Yep, he was playing with the shoelace and fell asleep on his side. I
rolled him over onto his back and he didn't even react.
I love the bitty belly!! Don't you just want to rub it and kiss it?

Absolutely! It took about a year before Persia trusted me enough to expose
and let me rub her belly. Now she's a shameless hussy; she just flops down
in front of me and rolls over. It takes a lot of trust for a cat to expose
their belly like that.
I know you didn't plan on it, but I'm sorry you couldn't keep them; it would
have been great hearing about them growing up. I've never really been
around kittens, either.
