Persia started tapping me on the nose to wake me up.  Now I know it's all a
diabolical plot to figure out how to wake me up.

I felt this cold, wet nose touch my back.  I jumped!  It's 3:30AM and she's
not to be fed until at least 5AM.  I mumbled, "Shhhhh! Its not time yet."
Not 10 minutes later, cold nose pressed against my back.  Persia, stop that!
(giggling)  It's not time yet!  10 minutes more, cold nose and gentle kitty
lickings.  Oh daaym.  Stop that! (giggling)

I swear she sits around thinking of ways to wake me up to feed her.  I
haven't given in, just had to type this.  Time for me to go back to bed for
a few hours.  Persia, it's NOT TIME YET you fat, sweet cat!

As long as she doesn't start flinging heavy objects to crash on the
floor . . .

She's the perfect little lady.  She has never jumped up on a counter top,
dresser, vanity (where my perfume bottle collection is) or anything else.
She only gets on the sofa and my bed.  There are no heavy objects on those
(unless you count *me*).

Cali here,

I am very skilled at waking my Hoomins for breakfast. My favourites are
smacking the nose, a paw on the eye, a wet nose in the ear (with the motor
at full power) or a paw on the lips. I believe in attacking all their weak
Hoomin senses. Other fallbacks include, jumping on the stomach from a high
place, knocking things off the dresser, rattling the Venetian blinds (this
is very annoying) or jumping on the floor from a very high place with
gravity boots on full. But my piece de resistance is dragging my paw pads on
the big reflecting thing. My Hoomin says it sounds like claws on a chalk
board, whatever that is.

Sadly my Hoomin has spoiled my fun; he brought a young upstart into MY
house. Cleo will not let anyone else on the bed, unless you want teeth marks
in your @ss. But she is getting fluffier by the day and she is not nearly as
fast as she used to be. So I am just biding my time.

This sounds like a wonderful household.  Try to get as much sleep as
you can though. :)
