Into his fifth day on antibiotics, and he's still barfing up most of what he
eats, and he's warmer than he should be.

Oh no!  I hope he doesn't need surgery.  Time to get him back to TED,
pronto.  Purrs coming!

I'd second that.  And the purrs, too.   Poor Abi.

I don't think that wish could be any more heartfelt than it is coming
from you! :) How are you feeling??

Ditto!

Poor guy! :(  I second the suggestion to make sure he's getting subq
fluids, at least. All that barfing is sure to dehydrate him.

Purrs that you find out what's really wrong with him and that he gets
better ASAP!

Continuing purrs.  Make sure he stays hydrated.  When Kumani was really
ill, she didn't eat for days, and needed IV to keep fluids in her.

He's eating and drinking, but still occasionally barfing, and not playing
with the other cats.

I think everyone is a little depressed about having to stay in the house.
There's a lot less playing going on across the board here lately. I
need to get that fence up but I am short on time and money. Too may other
things to do and buy all the time.

Poor fella! Purrs on the way speedy recovery, and a hungry belly.

Blessed be,
Baha

Time to call the vet.  Purrs that he gets better very soon.

Purrs for Abelard to improve quickly. Maybe it's the antibiotics that
are making him feel ill now?

I think it might be time to return to the vet. I hope he doesn't have
an obstruction or anything serious. Hopefully he will feel better and
be back to his normal self soonest!

Awwww - poor Abelard.  Last time Otis had this he barfed for days too.  TED
had me take Otis off food for 24 hours and brought him back on only on a
little bit of wet food for digestive problems.  Sometimes their tummies need
a rest so that they can recover.  Don't know if you can do this with the
antibioitics though.

Only one vomit in last 24 hours. I guess that's an improvement. And thank
Bast for it, since the last vet bill cleaned me out.
