it. alt.support.cancer probably would be able to help you with your
grief over Betty. We've been there for a lot of people and Betty was
your family as much as if she'd been human.

That's true - I don't think it would be fair to the posters there for
me to just start posting for the first time when the patient in
question is gone.

Thanks Pam. It must be a great support group with both brave and sad
people. I always think, "What about Betty?" Betty was the one with
cancer, not me, and it's not a cancer issue anymore, you know? Her
cancer was incinerated with the rest of her and what's left is now
sitting on a little shelf.
