Nonchalant Little Boy

The end table by the couch is also right next to the start of the
hallway. There is an old popcorn can (five pounds, three flavors kind
of popcorn) on top the end table.

Little Boy likes to sit on top of this can.

As people go back and forth through the hallway, Little Boy sort of
looks up at the ceiling or in some other direction. You can almost
hear him whistling some indistinct tune, and thinking, "Never mind me,
I'm not here. Just ignore me."

Then suddenly, he'll reach out and snag a sleeve or an arm, trying to
get attention.

Now, if some evil person (that would be me - grin) should move just
out of reach at the last minute, Little Boy totters on the edge of his
can. Of course, this means he makes a better attempt at grabbing with
two paws, claws out, and sharp little teeth on the next pass by.

If you happen to be named Senyah, he just grabs and hangs on, because
he is able to completely stall her in the hallway while she
disentangles his claws from her shirt.

Either way, Little Boy gets lots of extra attention, and eats it up.
Gotta pay the kitty toll (grin).

Rita does that, too.  She sits on the edge of the bed and watches me
change clothes.  If I venture too close to the edge of the bed, she
snakes out a paw and grabs whatever body part is nearest.  It's usually
my ginormous butt.    lol  She thinks she's funny.

Stinky does it from lying on his back.  He lolls around on his
ottoman, stretching as far as he can,  and waves his paws around as
you walk by.
