One of many attractions of the computer chair is that it is beside a
bright, sunny window-- hence there is always a showdown between me and
Stinky for it.   Still, Stinky does get long, uninterrupted stretches
snoozing in the chair.  

And most of the fur on his upper body is black.  
And what does black do with heat, class?  

So the little goofball lies there for an hour or so, and his surface
temperature rises to something comparable to your car seats, when you
leave your car out in a parking lot in Fort Lauderdale in July.  I'm
sure he must think, "If I get hot enough, she can't throw me off the
chair!!"    

What does the little goof think oven mitts are for?  ;)
