I know the powers of the purrs from this group.
Could I please ask for some purrs for Fynn who is having an operation this
morning after being attacked, probably by a d*g.
Fynn is one of my last season's kittens, he turned a year old last month.
Below is part of the email I received from his slave who is understandably
very upset.
Lois
PS Have added two photo's to the kitten page of my web site, one of Freya's
kittens and one of Gigi's kittens - there are also some photo's now on the
photo page (still to be completed)

Burmese are like potato chips, you can't just have one.
"Fynn has been either in an accident or attacked by another animal. He has
stiches in his chin and bite marks in both front paws and inside of back
leg. He has been in pain and I took him back to the vet this afternoon and
she said the ball of his hip is cracked and wont mend and she is going to
take it out. He is having it done either tonight or tomorrow. She (Nicky
Chadwick) said she has done them before and that Fynn will be fine in 10
days time, he might have one leg shorter than the other."

It always hurts to hear one of our babies has been injured. Purrs on the
way and hope Fynn manages as well as our Sam did. Sam had a damaged joint
in the "ankle" part of one back leg and didn't heal properly so we just left
the 3" steel pin in the joint after he had surgery. He lived another 16
years and could still clear a 6ft fence for most of those years. He had
shoulders like a body builder to make up for his weak hindquarters.

Healing and stengthening purrs and prayers on the way!
If it helps you, just consider: Fynn is the name of a hero from Irish myth, who
was nearly indestructable. Visualize that power as you pray for the baby, and
send it to him like you had electrical wires running from your head to his. And
we'll do it along with you, and keep the purring coming.
Blessed be,
Baha
