LOL I hear ya! I brought home a new bike the other night, and the
cats were so funny about it-- circling around it, sl-o-o-o-o-o-w-ly,
closer and closer, then sniffing every inch of it, then finally
fighting over who was going to sit on it. :P

Heh, Vino is like that when we get a new pair of shoes. He's scared of
our feet until he's used to the shoes. Oh yeah, and he's quite wary of
new spherical objects that suddenly appear in the yard too ;-)

Tee hee! That's about the same reaction a new neighbor's barbecue grill
got from Isadora (RB) when she was a kitten. Her little tail got huge
and she crept toward it almost on her tummy to investigate. It was one
of those round Weber Grills on tripod legs. I think she was afraid
cat-sized aliens would come out of it and zap her witih ray guns, or
something! Even after I put her back inside, Izzy sat in the window
and watched that grill to make sure it didn't step out of line.
