A Cat on my Back

Yesterday I fell asleep on the couch.  Woke up to find Persia stretched out
on my back.  I said, "Hey, while you're there, would you mind giving me a
good massage?"  No massage was forthcoming from the 16 pound lump.  Just a
few purrs :)  I had no choice but to turn over and dislodge her.  Lucky for
me it was time for her to get her x/d food so she didn't mind.

I'll send Sundance over to teach her how.  Recently he was sitting on the
top edge of the sofa just behind me, and started kneading on my neck --
right where I needed it, too!

I could sure use it!  My right shoulder is particularly sore.

You are very lucky:-) Tientje jumps on my back, even when I stand upright.

LOL! It looks like he floored you. Miranda likes to jump on my back when
I'm standing up, too, but she's so small that it's no huge bother
(except the extremely sharp claws in my back, of course). It's worse
when Caliban decides he wants to jump on Mummy too.

Yes, he did *g* And he won't move until Volker picks him up:-)

Poor Marina:-) I know exactly, what you are going through. Tientje has
those sharp claws, too. We call them 'stilettos'. He uses them to make his
way from my back to my shoulder. When he reaches his destination, I have to
sit down, because after a good shoulder massage, he makes his way down to
my lap, where I get a free tigh-piercing:-)

After all I'm lucky that here is only 1 of 11 that likes back-jumping:-)

Purrs to you and some good ear-scritches for Cali and Miri

A friend of mine used to have a part-time cat that gave her daily massages.
The cat roamed the neighborhood, and several neighbors fed it.  She would
invite the cat in every morning, and sit in a chair.  The cat would get up
on the back of the chair and give her shoulders a massage for about 10
minutes or so.

I used to do some exercises on the floor. Rusty would sit on my back,
presumably to make me work harder on my exercises.
