Well, I haven't seen the little gray cat with the too tight flea collar
since I put the trap out a week ago Saturday.  I picked the trap up last
Thursday and continued putting the food out, but s/he never showed back up.

Please join my crew in sending purrs that s/he was just lost and that s/he
got back home safely.

I'll let you guys know if s/he shows back up again.

Hugs,

CatNipped

I'm so sorry to hear this, CatNipped.  Please know we're purring hard for
her to show up again.

Thanks Christine.  Of course I'll continue to watch for him/her - and there
is always food put out for the little lost one in this world.  I'll let
everyone know if I see him/her again.

Purrs on the way for the litte gray cat.  Hopefully you are right and

Purrs that little Too-tight had a home all along, and has managed to
find her/his way home. Course it would be nice to know where that home
is, so that you could be sure that they've checked the collar and
gotten it off if it was, in fact, too tight.

Purrs on the way! I hope she comes back to you, or has found a place that
received her with kindness.

My husband said the other day that he can't understand why d*gs are revered as
family members, but people seem to think think you can leave a cat out to fend
for himself, or toss him out like trash. One of his coworkers told him that her
next door neighbors went out of country for several months and just put out
their cats. She's considering taking one of them--she doesn't know what
happened to the others--and was so pissed off that she gave Louie directions to
this neighbor, with sincere hope that he'd show up with a club, and I'd show up
with a club and PMS.

Blessed be,
Baha

Oh wow, what total sh*ts to go off and leave the little ones to fend for
themselves!!!  I *SO* wish people who do that could be forced to experience
exactly what those little fur babies experience.

Thanks for the purrs for the stray, I'm still hoping s/he shows back up or
has found a home.

Oh, I do so hope that too - I still haven't seen him/her.  I think s/he must
have found her/her way back home or has found a new home - I haven't had the
trap out for a week now and I think s/he would have come back to eat by now
(unless s/he is coming in the dead of night when s/he is sure nobody is up
and about).

Hugs,

CatNipped
