It's been 16 days now, and Eli hasn't been acting up much at all. He got
into a mood a couple of times,
nothing major, and then I guess to show remorse for forgetting to be nice,
he spends extra time grooming the other cats. It's a gas to watch as he goes
from one to the other, even washing Tommy and Abelard.

Speaking of Abelard, he got on my desk this morning and very pointedly told
me to clean his blind eye, which as sometimes happens had some crust around
it and was wet.

Eli has also mostly stopped standing up to pee, and so has Beatrice. All it
took with her was to catch her in the act a few times and gently push her
little butt down closer to the litter.

Further evidence of my inability at math. It's actually been only 12 days.
