The animals are cute in bubbels four, but those sound affects are just
plain ANNOYING! I couldn't take it any more after about five
minutes...

I'm with you. I've tried three of the others, and they're too slow,
annoying, hard to shoot right, whatever. I'm sticking with the
original! (although the one with the animals is cute)

Also, the other ones didn't let a bubble through a diagonal opening,
whereas Bubbels1, does allow that. I've gotten pretty good at accessing
a clump of same-colored bubbles through a small opening.
