When I first got Dante, he was a tiny scrap of a kitten, and he looked
so cute when meatloafing.  My mom said "That's not a meatloaf-- that's
a muffin!"

Now he has grown quite a bit, and he seems to have stopped growing
up-- but he continues to get quite a bit rounder.  So Mom has taken to
calling him "Puddin'."  And "Dumpling."

He was leaping around the other night, and Mom said "Look at that.  He
looks like a flying sausage."

Dante  as Meal in and of himself--interesting. =o) Although he seems to
be mostly a dessert.  I will admit that in silly moments I've been
known to call Nina my "Muffin of Love." But "puddin'" would also suit
her.  She does tend to expand sideways!

That's how our bitties became bitties...they weren't kittens yet, they
were just bits.

Of course, trying to pass off Tyche as an itty bitty kitty these days
is kind of weird...when she lies beside my keyboard, her fat overflows
onto the keys and messes up my computer.  She still ACTS like a kitten,
but the bulk makes it pretty ridiculous.
