Just what my fur babies do to their mousie's, they de-cloth them in no time
flat!

She makes our girls look like amateurs! They love to gnaw on the
lambswool mice, but the leather is tougher than they are... so they
just pull off all their fur and whiskers/eyes, and if they manage to
break the thread sewing them together they progressively unstuff them.

It's dead...you can stop eating it now...

LOL!

It takes several months for ours to get maimed that badly.  I suspect
the bitties never learned proper disembowlment techniques, Smokey won't
waste his technique on something that hasn't got tasty insides, and
Nocturne prefers the souls of the unbelievers.

Soncek's mousies meet a very similar destiny.
Best wishes,

That's amazing! Rita looks a lot like Amelia, and Amelia tears her
mousies apart in similar fashion. The major difference is that she usually
chews the tail off first.

I gave her a new mouseie the other night. She sniffed it on the floor,
then picked it up in her mouth, put it down, grabbed the ear in her
teeth and put her paw on the tail and calmly *ripped* the ear off!
She's been playing with the ear as well as the mouse.  Very weird
cat.  I found a couple of tails under the couch the other day, too.
