how sweet is this?  you guys must know the little paw pawing at you for
attention?  So gently but persistent.  I'm on the computer and Bobby
lays inches away pawing at me for pets.

Spoke with a fellow catslave outside a restaurant.  She refers to
the ones who do this as "batters."

My Sweetie is a batter, but I only draw the line when he claws me.
Cat occasionally draws blood, so I have to be careful.

My little Mimi (RB) was a poker.  She would take her little paw-- and
she could make it surprisingly hard-- and go "poke poke" with it, in
your back, or shoulder, or side.  It looked hilarious, and really did
get your attention. ;)

Nina is a muzzle prodder.  She'll sit on my desk and let her little
nose rest on my fingers, and it's amazingly hard to type when she does
this. =o) But yes, I know the Little Paw. It helps even more when the
paws in question are these adorable little white mittens ont the ends
of stripey legs. <G>
