Licky was sleeping peacefully on the monitor, when suddenly he slid
right off it and into the crevice between the monitor and the bookshelf
next to it. That crevice is about 6 inches wide, and his body was all
scrunched up, legs pointing in the air, etc. He quickly got himself out
of there and jumped to the floor indignantly. He is now fiercely washing
himself to make the point that, of course, he meant to do that.

Oh, OK! Two artists, with such similar names, I guess I can see why
I got confused, although these days I am very easy to confuse. :)

For some reason, I thought you had a different last name, though. More
confusion.

Well, it's a relief to know that I'm not *completely* useless in the
memory department! :)

What's your favorite flavor, Kitty? Licky's not fussy, so he'll have
whatever you're having. :)

Oh, you are a kitty with exotic tastes, aren't you? "Collared dove" Fancy
Feast, eh? Well, we'll see what I can do. We do have live doves in the
neighborhood in case you and Mr. Licks want to do a little hunting...

Joyce (Licky says, "YES YES YES!!!")
