Awww. Oscar doesn't really do the crazy hanging/stretching poses so many kitties favor. I do feel bad about one occasion about a week ago. She was luxuriating on a fuzzy blanket spread on the top of the couch. I was lying on the couch, skritching her ears, and she kept leaning into the skritch, closer and closer to the tipping point. Knowing full well the possible consequences of my actions, I still kept skritching, she still kept leaning, and eventually, the inevitable happened. Oscar rolled too far and lost her perch, landed on the couch. Poor cat. Her dignity suffered a serious blow.
