I got a postcard from vet saying cats are at risk for heartworm - I
don't recall whether it was 20-30% of cats, or 20-30% as often as dgs,
or whatever. And of course, they sell the medecine... I balked at the
pitch they used to make for dental cleaning (next they'll fill
cavities!), but is heartworm a threat, or is this just another
gimmick? FWIW, I'm in Massachusetts (and don't assk me about
politics:).
