Just in case someone is even slower on the uptake than I am, check out
this Firefox theme. I just downloaded it and it looks so much nicer than
the default.

And if you do a search there with FireCat, you get a theme with buttons
shaped like paws. And it comes in several colors too.
I've downloaded quite a few themes that I change around as the mood hits
me... :)

I just downloaded this, and went to Tools->Themes and set it to the
cats theme, clicked "use theme", and then closed the themes window. But
it didn't change anything!

What did I miss??

I spoke too soon!

I just did it again, then closed Firefox and started it up again, and
now I have the new theme.

Oddly, that didn't work earlier times when I tried it, but I don't know,
maybe I didn't do things in the right order...

Anyway, got it now.

I DLed it a while back. If I remember right they had it in blue and green when I got it.

My daughter really loved it!!

Are there any pros and cons to using Firefox over IE, other than
pretties like that? I see that it forms part of the Google Pack that's
now downloadable, and just wondered as we have a new laptop here (and
not a furry one for a change!)

I love Firefox for the tabbed browsing and blocking popups. I don't know
if the newer IE will do those things; the one is use when I switched
couldn't.
