Well, so far we've trapped the afore-mentioned possum, a neighbor's *very*
large, *very* angry gray and white cat, and *TWO* racoons (in the trap at
the same time!!!).  But we have not seen hide nor hair of the little gray
cat with the too tight flea collar!!  I'm going to talk with the rescue lady
whose trap I borrowed and see what else I can do.

Hugs,

CatNipped

Maybe they were on a date? ;)

Is the cat you want to catch underweight? Maybe he's not heavy enough to set it
off? If so, I use squirrel traps for kittens and emaciated cats. Grease up all
the moving parts and set the trip so it's just barely hanging on. Add some
magnets to the step trip to make it heavier and more sensitive. You could also
put a towel over the trap if it's trap shy. I'd move the trap so those other
animals don't end up in there again. The cat may be watching them get trapped
so he's getting wise.

LOL
At least you know the smell from the possum isn't scaring off everyone
else. Purrs that you'll catch the right one soon

Continuing purrs that you catch the gray cat.
