She had TERRRIBLE diahrrea last night. I mean awful and it made her throw
up. This has happened once before to this degree and putting her back on
Hills wd cleared it up but she really had a tough night and none of us got
much sleep. Sugar huddled next to me and she even threw up a hairball at 4
a.m. What little sleep I had I dreamed Pearl was throwing up blood and
literally falling apart; it was HORRIBLE. I will check on her at lunch and
if she isn't better to the docs we go. (She was perkier, but weak this a.m.
but ate her wet w/d and a little plain chicken. She wanted more - as usual -
but I thought she shouldn't have too much on her tummy right now.)

Aw, another poor little baby. Lots of purrs for Pearl, and for you.
Those nightmares sound horrible.

Poor Pearl and Sugar. I sympathize. As I mentioned in another post, Rusty
has an upset tummy too. I had a horrible dream once that Rusty was starved
close to death.
The worry over my cat is sending me to an early grave.
We are heading to TED's in 2 hours.
Purrs going out your way.

That's always so hard. We know when they have had a tummy upset they are
better not to eat much for a few days, but they don't always appreciate it.

Poor baby. What horrible dreams!! I briefly had an old white cat once,
a beautiful lady named Leia. She slept on the floor next to my head
(I had a mattress on the floor at that time). One night I had a dream
that I was giving her up for some painful medical testing stuff, and
woke up feeling awful about doing that to her. Then I saw her asleep
and realized that it was just a dream, so I grabbed her and gave her
a big hug and lots of skritches, telling her that I'd NEVER do that to
her....meanwhile, she was very confused, having been waked up from a
peaceful sleep, and only wanted to get AWAY from the crazy human.

What a horrible night. I'm glad she seems a little better today, but
she might need some fluids after all that diarrhea last night. It
can be very dehydrating and make her feel worse.
Purrs that it's nothing serious!

What a horrible nightmare. I think that shows the depth of your fear
for Pearl's condition. I hope it gets under control fast. The thing
that worries me is dehydration after diahrrea. My prayers are on the
way with my cats' purrs.
