So that I can see the two stones that mark the resting places in my
little back yard, where my two RB kittys, Lucky (6/9/1999), and Blizzard
(4/10/2001) are.

Sometimes, very late at night, I can hear 2 sets of cat feet scampering
about my house, and I know they have come to check on me.

You ca see a picture of my to RB kitties at The Cat album:

I miss them terribly.

They were both beauties. Our cats do leave themselves
imprinted on our hearts, don't they? I can still see lots
of my RB beloveds in my mind, just as if they were
here beside me. And each one was his/her very own
personality, never again to be duplicated.

They are beautiful!  I say "are" because they're waiting for you, ya
know. I swear I hear Shadow's voice at times.  He was Siamese and had
quite the personality.  Of course, they're looking in on you from time
to time.  How many new masters have they sent your way?

Just one; a very sweet calico kitty who has made it  clear that she
wants to be an 'only cat'. I'm her third human (that I know about,
anyway), but she was an only kitty when I got her.

Blizzard was still with me, but Kenzie never liked her, and I fear I
made the last two years of Blizzard's 18 years more stressed than it
would have been without Kenzie, although the two of them shortly had a
'truce' going where they would simply avoid each other.

When Blizzard went to the RB, Kenzie seemed to perk up, and be more
active. I tried to introduce a young stray, but Kenzie went ballistic,
attacking the door the 'truder kitty was kept behind.

I found a good home for the little tabby stray, and Kenzie was again
much happier.

Kenzie can be seen at

Some day, I want to have about 6 kittys!

Lovely photos of them, Gandalf.  I know how you feel.  This past week I made
some memorial markers -- one for my sweet boy, Omar, and redid the one for
dear old Shetra as it had weathered and the painted inscription had worn
off.  And, of course, I will always miss my Frodocat.
hugs,
Christine
