Chief Mouser to the Cabinet Office has passed away.

Humphrey was 'retired' when Cherie Blair moved in to No10. Never did like
the Blairs.... Pity they can't be retired pronto...

Humphrey reached a pretty ripe age though if he moved in in 1989. RIP
