I got a call today from Alley Cat Allies. For those of you who don't
know, this is an organization that focuses on alley cats. They have
trap/neuter/release programs as well as managing feral cat colonies.
Their website is: http://www.alleycat.org/
Anyhow, they called me and before I knew what was going on, I had agreed
to sponsor a feral cat for $50. :)
I wish I could sponsor more. Feral cats are very close to my heart for
some reason. I wish there weren't any, so that all cats everywhere had a
loving home to come to.
If you live in the US, this is a great organization to contribute to. :)
Just thought I'd share.

They are wonderful. They gave a lot of helpful advice to my friend KK
and her crew that was battling the City to save the feral park cats in
Indiana.
I've got a soft spot for ferals, too, ever since I trapped my
beautiful Brando boy :-)
