Hello,
Thank you to Pam for passing on my previous message that we are under
way.
At last we have access to RPCA. I've got a month evaluation period for
NewsHound. Then I'll have to cough up $30 or find something else. I'm
using it with Outlook and Mailgate with a Sprint card connection to get
to the Internet. Because I'm on a boat, my connection is either great
or none. During the evaluation period, I can only subscribe to one
newsgroup. If anyone can suggest a less expensive alternate to
NewsHound, I'd be happy to know about it.
Please forgive any errors I make from learning to type on a laptop and
use a new application.
I'll be posting the adventures of Rosie and Cinder in future messages.
Please look for the subject "Cruising Cats."
When I figure out how to get the photos from my camera and how to make
them available, I'll post the link.

If you're able to get a connection via the Sprint card, I'd recommend an
account with news.individual.net or with easynews.com, and the Pan
newsreader.
Sounds like you're having a great time. I look forward to hearing more
about the Sea Cats!

I can connect the Internet via the Sprint card. I don't have a problem
with mailgate. But, apparently, I need something like NewsHound to
enable me to bring the messages into Outlook. Or, can I bypass the
Outlook connection with the two options you suggest?
Thanks,
Annie
